Meditation that Helps Lose Weight
It is so vital to put yourself in a calm and quiet environment to concentrate the process. I will guild you how you should learn to love yourself first. Love in the Universe is in the form of vibration that attract the same frequency in the Universe. You must put yourself in the same frequency of love with the Universe. If you have a negative feeling of worries, you still attract something negative to your life. It means you vibrate the negative feelings that always attract the negatives in the Universe that work in the form of Law of Attraction. Therefore, it is as simple as it seems to be. Keep your thoughts and self-talking inside very positive all the time. As you can feel, this is the pre-prepared mental attitude that you must have within yourself. Now let me get started.
First Thing , First
First sit on the floor cross-legged
on a cotton sheet of cloth or sit on a chair and keep your feet on a piece of
cotton cloth. This avoids the gravity power working against your body and
distract your thought waves.
If you sit on a chair, keep your feet together and always sit up with your back
straight and chin up. Half close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Inhale
deeper and exhale, while you exhale, say: “I remove all the negatives,
relax." Every exhalation, repeat this.
Descending Deeper into Subconscious Mind
Now start counting 1-10, every count close your eyes a little and move on to 10. At the point of counting 10, close your eyes completely. This brings your mind into a state of sleepiness and you feel very relax. This stage is very crucial as your subconscious mind is fully awake and listen to your inner voice. Now you are going to affirm something very important that will change your body. Bring every part of your body in your mind screen, I mean visualize the parts of your body, starting from the feet by saying this powerful words in your mind.
- "My feet are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My toes are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My heels are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My ankles are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My calves are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My knees are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful! I love them.
- My thighs are healthy and strong! I am so happy and grateful. I love them.
- My pelvis...
- My kidneys...
- stomach
- large intestine
- small intestine
- liver
- lungs
- heart
- ribs
- shoulder bones
- back
- spin cord
- back of my neck
- throat
- face
- chine
- cheeks
- ears
- nose
- mouth
- eyes
- forehead
- scalp
- brain
- neuro system
- blood
- cells
Once you have finished
affirming these parts are healthy and strong then go ascending by repeating the
above from head to feet. Once it is over say, ‘I am so happy and grateful that
I am so stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before, I trust and believe
in myself. Thank you Universe for making me stronger, healthier, and happier’.
Now in your meditative state of your mind, picture your own body as slim as your ever wish for. Look at your body in your mind screen; feel overwhelmed with happiness and excitement how it has changed. Repeat this process of meditation repeatedly for at least 48 days and see the difference that you expect in your body.
